The squats are primarily intended for the leg muscles and another variation is the calf raise exercise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Bench press is primarily used for building chest muscles. Pull ups can be useful for the back and shoulder muscles. Bench dips and bicep curls are for the arms. Military press is used as a best exercise for building shoulders. The crunches are apt for the abdomen muscles. In contrast, complaints abound when  people have to help lift a sack of potatoes, which comes in at about 50  pounds or 25 kilos.</p>
